Any Back Creek I Homeowner Association members who provides their email address to receive electronic newsletters and other information from the board of directors or committee heads/members will be done with the understanding that their email will be used solely for the purpose of distributing information only related to the Back Creek I Homeowner's Association. Any email addresses or other private contact information will not be distributed or sold to any person(s) or third parties.
